Thursday 19th November and Tuesday 1st December – 10am to 11am

Nobody relishes change but operating during the COVID pandemic has meant we’ve all had to adapt. In this 2-part online workshop, discover how to still thrive as a leader, how to motivate whilst constantly modifying operations and how to keep the team engaged with your business vision.

If your managers are furloughed, they can still take train whilst on furlough. And if you are a business owner currently on lockdown or closed, why not use this time to develop your own skills.

Session 1: Thurs 19 Nov – Identifying Strategies

In this first session you’ll:

– discover practical tools and strategies to motivate the team

– find out what to say when you don’t have all the answers 

– feel more empowered as a leader in negative situations

– learn the art of effective conversations

– find out when to signpost to manage other people’s anxieties

Session 2: Tues 2 Dec – Overcoming hurdles

We all know it’s great to go to a workshop, be inspired, leave with a grand plan; only to find that every day takes over and plans go out of the window. With this in mind, we have created a second workshop to bring the group back together, identify and discuss what has worked and the challenges you have faced. Carolyne will help you through these experiences and share ideas to overcome the hurdles.

Each part will last 1 hour each, is limited to 20 people and be done on Zoom.

About the Tutor

Carolyne Crowe is a high-performance coach who focuses on the people of a business, their wellbeing, alongside leadership and culture.  

Her qualifications are endless including BSc (Hons), BVetMed (Hons), MSc, FRCVS, Dip Coaching, Dip Stress Management and Wellbeing.

She was awarded “Life Coach of the year 2015” at the International Coaching Awards, became an honorary Fellow of The Coaching Academy in 2016 and a founding member of the Coaching of Excellence accreditation in 2019.
