Book your place on the open day for Thurs 5th May at the award winning Port Lympne Reserve. Set in over 600 acres, Port Lympne is home to the UK’s most authentic safari experience. You can also explore areas of the park on foot and discover how Port Lympne have created a range of accommodation options, from family friendly camping to luxury lodges. You will also have the chance to step into the newly opened Dinosaur Forest, the largest collection of life size Dinosaurs in Europe.

If you are travelling down on Wed 4th, why not take the opportunity to call in to Kent Life Maidstone, just off M20 Jcn6 and/or the Rare Breeds Centre just 10 miles outside Ashford. Complimentary admission for Open Day delegates has kindly been offered on Wed 4th by these two NFAN members. No need to book, just turn up during normal opening times and mention you are with NFAN.

We have arranged a special NFAN rate of B&B Single £111.35, Double £121.55
There are only a limited number of rooms available at this rate which must be booked by 4th April. Call 01233 219 988 and quote NFAN.
If you can’t get in at the Ashford International Hotel or prefer another option, there are two other hotels less than a mile away. If staying at these hotels or elsewhere you are still very welcome to join the Networking Dinner, book the dinner option with NFAN below.

Treehouse luxury accommodation – each Tree House is designed to sleep a maximum of 4 people (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom) and is self catering. It offers a natural retreat combined with contemporary furnishings and appliances, including 50” smart TV, Wi-Fi and superior sound systems. Cost of £450.00 per tree house per night.
The Bear Lodge Glamping – designed to comfortably sleep up to 6 people on 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 small double cabin bed. The sofa bed can be made up to accommodate two extra people for an additional £50.00 per night. All tents have individual shower cubicles and toilets. The tents are priced at £220.00 per tent per night and include entrance to Port Lympne Reserve, Howletts Animal Park and an evening drive safari (first come first served).
Pinewood Pods – sleep up to 4 people on twin beds and a pull out double futon. You can choose to hire bedding packs at £7.50 per person (include a duvet, bed sheet, pillow and a towel) or you are welcome to bring your own sleeping bags. The communal shower and toilet block is located only a few steps away from your pods. Pinewood Cafe offers a variety of hot food and is open every day for breakfast and evening meals. Priced at £109.00 per pod per night and includes entrance to Port Lympne Reserve.
Coach Transfer
Why not take the train. Ashford International is less than 40 mins by Train from London St Pancras. The optional coach transfer from the Ashford International Hotel is convenient whether you have arrived by train or wish to leave your car at the hotel. The coach will leave Ashford International Hotel at 8.45am returning from Port Lympne at 3.30pm arriving back in Ashford approximatley 4pm with a drop off at the Station before returning to the hotel. Cost £12 per person return.
