This is your chance to “work on the business…not in it”.
COVID-19 has made us all relook at what we do; when we open; how we operate, staffing levels; and what we offer. Change has been challenging, however, it has also brought opportunities. The Reimagineering your Business workshop series gives you the tools to take stock and provide quality time to create a solid plan.
The sessions are extremely interactive and involve breakout groups with other participants, as well as tools to help you plan.
The cost of each workshop is £43.33 per session, plus VAT. Delegates will join 3 group sessions to evolve and adapt their plan a little further at each session.
Session One – Wednesday 13th January
The first session is all about taking stock. If you want to plan for the future, you need to understand where you are. Session one will include:
Identifying the key elements of your business over the last 3-5 years
Highlighting the key people and stakeholders involved
Understanding what you really offer?
Identifying what works and what needs to be improved?
Session Two – Wednesday 20th January
The second session starts to look ahead, exploring outcomes and potential options.
Questions asked and explored in this session include:
Where do want your business to be in 1-3-5 years?
What would great outcomes look like?
What are some of the options which you could consider in terms of product/service offer, markets, promotion and pricing?
Session Three – Wednesday 27th January
The final session will look at which option you want to pursue and what key actions are needed to take it forward.
In this third session, you will identify:
Which of the options looks most attractive?
What are the key actions you need to get you there?
How should these actions be prioritised?
